After spending a decade in prison on behalf of his employer, hitman Su-hyuk learns that he has a daughter and decides to take a chance at a normal life. But during the last ten years, his former mob boss Eung-kook, once a part of the upper echelons of the underworld, has adopted an air of legitimacy, now stealing and murdering in the name of urban development, and waiting for Su-hyuk's release. Now feeling betrayed by Su-hyuk, Eung-kook orders his second-in-command, Kang, to keep an eye on him. Filled with a sense of inferiority towards Su-hyuk, Kang approaches the duo of assassins known as Woo-jin and Jin-ah, nicknamed ‘The Washer’, to eliminate Su-hyuk. These merciless assassins handle their targets in their own brutal ways, and they get closer to killing Su-hyuk.
