Caroline Couret-Delègue

President of Sales and Content

After working in feature film production in Hollywood on movies starring the likes of Winona Ryder, Steve Buscemi and Wes Bentley, Caroline relocated to London in 2008 as Director of Development & Marketing at Seven Arts Pictures, before joining AV Pictures in 2011 where she gained invaluable knowledge in deal structuring. In May 2014, she launched Metrodome International, the international sales arm of the Metrodome Group, before going on to found her own companies: first Truffle Pictures then Film Seekers and its European arm, Film Seekers France. Upon the acquisition of her companies by Epic Pictures in 2026, she joined as President of Sales and Content. A French and British national fluent in French, English and Spanish, Caroline is a graduate of the Inside Pictures programme 2015 and holds two post-graduate master’s degrees — in Chemistry from the University of Versailles and in Business Management from the University of Bordeaux. A BAFTA member, she sits on the board of Film Export UK and the Independent Film and Television Alliance. She is a member of the Lions Club and is involved in community charity work. An active ocean conservationist and keen scuba diver, she never misses an opportunity to travel the world and swim with sharks.
